Due to the nature of our products (health supplements, powders, and topical creams), we have specific guidelines regarding returns to ensure the safety and hygiene of all our customers.

1. Returns Eligibility

Under UK health and hygiene regulations, many of our products are exempt from being returned once the security seal has been broken or the packaging has been opened.

Unopened Products: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any item that is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
Opened Products: For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Congo Dust (Ankoro) Powder, Green World VigPower Capsules, or Congo Dust Sex Cream if the seal is broken or the product has been used.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team at [email protected] with:

Your Order Number.
Photographic evidence of the unopened product.
The reason for the return.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without prior authorization.

3. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service (like Royal Mail Signed For), as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you. Please include photos of the damaged packaging and the product.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at [email protected].
